Decena Darlene Krigbaum

Decena Darlene Krigbaum, who resided in Booneville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Oak Manor Nursing Center in Booneville. She was born on May 3, 1966, in Paris, Arkansas, to the late Loren Harley Krigbaum and Louella Coleen (Hice) Krigbaum. She was 59 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Wilma Phillips; and a brother, Charlie Krigbaum.

Decena was loved very much by her family and her caretakers. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 30th at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial will follow at Paint Rock Cemetery, located south of Paris, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.

She is survived by five sisters, Lynda Mosley of Paris, Connie Krigbaum of Charleston, Freda Bauer and husband Rick of Paris, Janie Staton and husband Jimmy of Alma, and Carla Curtis of Paris; three brothers, Carroll Krigbaum of Magazine, Glen Krigbaum of Booneville, and Pete Krigbaum of Magazine; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Codey Staton, Mike Staton, Shannon Krigbaum, Brent Krigbaum, Travis Phillips, and Lucas Young.

Honorary pallbearers will be the staff at Oak Manor Nursing Center and Booneville Human Development Center.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home in Paris.
