Isaac Contreras Hernandez

Isaac Contreras Hernandez, 70, of Fort Smith, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025. He was born on December 14, 1954, in Mazapil, Zacatecas, Mexico to the late Alfonzo Contreras Reyes and Maria de Jesus Hernandez. Isaac worked for Alanis Plumbing Contractors and was a member of Iglesia Bautista Hispana Getsemani. He was a helpful person, always there for people when they needed him.

He is survived by his children, Gabriela Contreras Rodriguez, Ana Maria Contreras Rodriguez, and Isaac Contreras Rodriguez, all of Mexico. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren: Osmar, Veleria, Leonel, Alfonso, Iver, Yahir, Axel and Dahiry, and 3 great grandchildren: Cristóbal, Anahi and Juan.

Memorial visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, with a memorial service starting at 6:00 pm. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
