Vivian Susie Lea Fryday

Vivian “Susie” Lea Dinsmore Fryday, 81, of Van Buren, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025 in Fort Smith. She was born January 1, 1944 in Fort Smith to the late Carl and Ruby (Berry) Dinsmore, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Fryday; a brother, Carl Dinsmore, Jr.; and a nephew, Brandon Dinsmore.

She is survived by two daughters, Beth Hall and husband Randy of Van Buren, and Tracy Harris and husband Samson of Short, OK; a son, Ronnie Jr. and wife Amy of Alma; a sister, June Ohm; grandchildren, Kandra Selman and husband DeWayne, Bethany Estes and husband Jamie, Mikaylea Belt and husband Carson, Emma Hall, Levi Hall, Chance, Dayton, Andrew and Nyomia Nicely, Hunter Fryday, and Kooper Fryday; great-grandchildren, Xavier, Kinzley, Piper, Paisley, Abby, Kasyn, Westin, Ennley, Oakley, and Hadleigh; nieces, Carla, Angela, and Debbie; and nephews, Bo, Charles, Steven, Benny Jo, Brandon, and Wayne.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gill Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Samson Harris, Wayne Dinsmore, Levi Hall, Jamie Estes, Randy Hall, Eugene Hall, and Ronnie Fryday, Jr.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
