Veteran restaurateur Ira Mittelman has unveiled a new farm-to-table restaurant in downtown Little Rock called Fork.
Fork will take over the newly renovated space at 1900 W. Third Street in Rose Creek Station, located near the State Capitol. It will feature a spacious outdoor deck and convenient on-site parking.
The restaurant is scheduled to begin lunch and dinner service on August 18.
“Fork will blend Southern, New American, Italian and New World cuisine to create dishes that are unique and bold yet approachable,” said Mittelman. “Add that to our carefully curated wine list, craft cocktails and local brews, and we hope Fork will become the new spot for Little Rock dining.”
The lunch menu, offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., will feature a variety of colorful, shareable appetizers, a daily rotating soup and a selection of fresh salads, sandwiches and pastas—ideal for fast, delicious meals for State Capitol and other downtown workers.
Dinner, which will run from Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m., will offer a fine dining experience with an expanded selection of entrées.
Mittelman will partner with Dunbar Garden and highlight a variety of Arkansas products, including Rock Town Distillery spirits. With an evolving menu driven by seasonal harvests, he and his culinary team say they are committed to supporting local growers.
Fork is an anchor for the expansive Rose Creek Station development project, overseen by Julie and Ted Mullenix, which includes a new two-story office building on the hilltop behind the restaurant. Additional acreage with access to and views of the State Capitol is available for investment.
