Jackie Wayne Williams

Jackie Wayne Williams of Lavaca, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on December 18, 1961, in Charleston, Arkansas, to the late Robert Ray Williams and Dorothy Bess (Garrett) Williams. He was 63 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jerry Williams; and a sister, Alice Dawson.

Jackie was a life-long resident of Lavaca. For many years, he worked in construction and was a mechanic. He loved the outdoors, riding 4-wheelers, enjoyed Sunday drives, and taking road trips. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and loved his family very much. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23rd at Tate Cemetery, located northwest of Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Dianna (Kachinski) Williams; his daughter, Teranna Deming of Lavaca; two brothers, Tom Williams of Stockton, California, and Bob Williams of Lavaca; and one granddaughter, Hailey Deming.
