Arlis R Smith

Arlis R Smith, 78 of Sallisaw passed away Monday, July 7, 2025 at a local hospital. He was a salesman for Mid Continent Concrete in Fort Smith and of the Assembly of God faith. He was preceded in death by his son Richard Smith; one brother Charlie Smith; two nephews Sean and Weston Hays.

Funeral services were held at 10AM, Monday July 14, 2025 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Sandra of the home; one son Kevin Ray Smith of Fayetteville; a sister-in-law Jackie Smith of Enid, Oklahoma; one niece Tammy Smith and one nephew Todd Smith both of Enid, Oklahoma; special friends Larry & Yolanda Lame; Joe and Rockie Brown all from Savannah, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be Randy Anoatubby, Larry Lame, Chris Decker, Garrett Anoatubby, Mark Pettera, Todd Smith and Harold Hamm.
