William “David” Long

William “David” Long, 84, of Alma, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in Fort Smith. He was born October 27, 1940 in Morrilton to the late George and Walsie (Jackson) Long. He was a grocery store manager.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Long; and several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by a daughter, Pam Boone and husband Scott of Scranton; a son, Robert Long and wife Gayla of Alma; a sister, Betty Hill of Morrilton; seven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
