Kyndall Rogers joins Impact Management Group as partner

Kyndall Rogers has joined Little Rock-based Impact Management Group (IMG), as a partner in the firm. Rogers brings more than 15 years of experience across state government, the private sector, and the nonprofit world.

Most recently, she served as director of government relations at Delta Dental of Arkansas, where she led state and federal advocacy efforts and advised on public policy strategies impacting health care access.

Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at the Arkansas Department of Human Services and served on Gov. Asa Hutchinson’s senior staff.

Rogers previously served as director of public affairs at IMG from 2017-2020. In her new role as partner, she will lead integrated public affairs strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, drawing on her expertise in legislative affairs, lobbying, regulatory strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
