It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth Ray “Tinker” Whitworth Jr on April 24th, 2025. He was born in Fort Smith, AR, on June 16th, 1955 to Kenneth Whitworth Sr and Marilyn (Knight) Whitworth.
He survived by his sister, Lisa Brooks (Ronnie) of Fort Smith, AR, his father Kenneth Whitworth Sr (Donna) of Fort Smith, AR, one niece Amy Bergt (Tim) of Fort Smith, his 4 nephews; Eric Brooks (Amanda) of Muldrow, OK, Kyle Brooks (Mandy), Jamie Brooks (Paige) both of Van Buren, AR and Cade Brooks of Fort Smith, AR and a handful of great nieces and nephews.
To his niece and nephews he was “Uncle Tinker”, “Stinky Tinky” or just “Tinker”. He never missed a birthday or Christmas when they were younger. He was the best uncle to them. The family shares many wonderful memories of him. We are sad that he is gone, but thankful to know that he’s at peace with God.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
