CJRW, Inc. announced Tuesday (April 29) that it has purchased the historic Fulk Building at 3rd and Main Streets in downtown Little Rock for $2,625,000.
CJRW moved into the 21,000 square-foot space under a lease agreement in July 2015 following an extensive interior remodeling project.
The seller of the property is 300 Main, LLC. Doug and Sheree Meyer and Dave Bruning are the principal partners.
The building was constructed in 1900 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. It is an example of early 20th century commercial architecture. Many tenants have occupied the building in its 125-year history, including financial institutions and retailers.
“Our heart and history are in downtown Little Rock,” said Darin Gray, Chairman and CEO of CJRW. “Since our company’s inception in 1961, CJRW has invested in downtown and this purchase will ensure that we will maintain a prominent presence in the Main Street creative corridor.”
CJRW, the state’s largest advertising and communications firm, is a 100% employee-owned company with 70 employees.
