Winfred E. Williams, 84, passed away peacefully in his home on Friday March 14, 2025. He was self-employed in the appliance business. He was a member of Harvest Time Church in Fort Smith and of the Assembly of God Faith. Winfred enjoyed restoring old furniture and never missed an opportunity at a good deal. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mattie (Redding) Williams; three brothers and five sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Pearl Williams of the home; three daughters, Cheryl Ames and husband Ed of Benton, AR, Brenda Graham of Fort Smith, AR, Amy Solik and husband Kevin of Siloam Springs, AR; a son Steve Williams of Fort Smith, AR; Brother Carroll Williams of FL; eight grandchildren, Bailey, Jake, Tyler, Emily, Erin, Reagan, Anna and Kate; five great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 P.M. Tuesday March 18, 2025 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

The family will visit with relatives and friends one hour prior to the service 1P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Kevin Solik, Larry Solik, Steve Williams, Kevin Lacewell, Korbin Lacewell and Jamie Ellison.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Gideon’s International or Circle of Life.
