Crystal Bohannan named president of CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs

CHI St. Vincent named Crystal Bohannan to President of CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs on Wednesday (Jan. 15).

Bohannan moves into the role after serving as vice president of operations at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs since 2018. In her new role, she will oversee day-to-day operations.

“Crystal brings a wealth of leadership and a deep commitment to compassionate, high-quality care that aligns perfectly with our mission,” said CHI St. Vincent Market President Chad Aduddell. “Her experience will be instrumental as we continue to grow and enhance the services we provide to our community. Under her guidance, we look forward to reaching new heights in delivering exceptional healthcare for years to come.”

Bohannan has nearly two decades of experience in healthcare administration. Before her role as vice president of operations, she spent more than 10 years as executive director of operational finance for St. Vincent.

Before that, she was an administrator at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, where she worked for nearly a decade.

Bohannan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi. She is also a CPA.

Previous president, Dr. Doug Ross, was named president of Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, a CommonSpirit hospital in Arizona.
