Moses Tucker Partners, a commercial brokerage, development, and property management firm based in Little Rock with a branch office in Bentonville, and multi-state firm Equity Partnership Holdings (EPH) announced Thursday (Nov. 7) their joint acquisition of Northpoint Villas, a 276-unit property located in Fort Worth, Texas, for $52.5 million.

This acquisition marks the second investment from the two firms within the highly competitive Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market.

Further acquisitions are anticipated in 2024 and 2025, underscoring the partners’ commitment to growth and strengthening their foothold in one of the nation’s most vibrant real estate landscapes.

“Our second acquisition in the DFW market reflects Moses Tucker Partners’ dedication to building a strong, long-term presence in this high-growth region,” said Chris Moses, Principal, President & Chief Executive Officer at Moses Tucker Partners. “The DFW Metroplex provides an exceptional foundation for our firm’s strategic expansion as it continues to lead the nation in population growth and economic strength. Partnering with EPH on the acquisition of Northpoint Villas supports our vision of investing in high-quality assets within robust economic markets.”

Northpoint Villas is located in the North Fort Worth submarket.

“Northpoint Villas exemplifies the kind of high-quality asset we seek to invest in—one with solid fundamentals and located in a thriving community,” said Nick Forss, Principal at Equity Partnership Holdings. “Our partnership with Moses Tucker Partners allows us to leverage our shared expertise and long-term vision for growth in the DFW market. We look forward to delivering meaningful upgrades to the property to elevate the resident experience and further enhance Northpoint Villas as a premier living destination in Fort Worth.”

Significant enhancements are scheduled for the property, including fresh exterior paint, new roofing, upgraded outdoor amenities, and a major renovation of the clubhouse, which will soon feature a unique indoor-outdoor community space, alongside modernized fitness and common areas.

Valiant Residential will be retained as the property management firm for Northpoint Villas.
