Country Club Station, a retail center in Little Rock’s Heights neighborhood, was sold Sept. 12 in a transaction worth $3.2 million.

Todd Rice of Colliers | Arkansas, represented the seller Country Club Station Realty Company; the buyer, CC Station, LLC, was represented by Casi Runnells, also of Colliers.

Colliers will retain management of the property on behalf of the new ownership group.

The 10,660-square-foot complex located at 5110 Kavanaugh Blvd. is fully occupied with legacy tenants including Scallions and Cheers in the Heights, and is anchored by long-time Heights retailer, Cobblestone and Vine.

It is prominently situated with clear visibility at the corner of Kavanaugh Blvd. and Van Buren St.

“Country Club Station is a landmark commercial property with some of the strongest demographics in Little Rock,” Runnells said. “Its prime location combined with long-term tenants made it a great investment. Colliers is proud of its long history managing and leasing this property and we’re excited to continue to provide those services for its new ownership group.”
