Oklahoma-chartered Grand Savings Bank will open a new location this fall in Centerton. The full-service branch will be at 192 E. Centerton Boulevard. The location, formerly a Legacy National Bank branch, will serve consumer and commercial customers.

The new Grand Savings Bank branch will be led by a team that includes vice chairman Tyler Steele and market president Tommy Coughlin. Additional team members and grand opening dates will be announced soon.

“As a community bank, we’re always looking for ways to invest in our communities,” said Guy Cable, CEO of Grand Savings Bank. “We understand the importance of having a trusted and accessible banking partner, and we are excited to provide great, personalized service to the Centerton community at this new branch of GSB.”

In May, Grand Savings Bank purchased 192 E. Centerton Boulevard for $1.6 million. The seller was Legacy National Bank, successor to Bank of Gravette following a merger. Previously a Bank of Gravette branch, the 6,398-square-foot building was built in 2003.

The new location will mark the bank’s 15th opening in its expansion into Northwest Arkansas, northeast Oklahoma, and the Fort Smith metro area. Currently, Grand Savings Bank has 13 locations and 13 ATMs in these areas. When it opens this fall, the new branch will have 12 staff.
