Little Rock native Foster Pollock was hired to lead the Colliers | Arkansas development team as director of development.

Pollock previously spent eight years in project management at VCC Construction, where he managed commercial projects in retail, industrial, healthcare and multifamily.

In his new role at Colliers, he will oversee development projects across the state from start to finish, working with architects, contractors, landscape architects, and vendors to ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget.

“Foster’s background in project management for our partners and friends at VCC Construction made him a perfect fit for our director of development position,” Isaac Smith, Colliers president, said. “Our development team has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years and we are excited to watch it enter a new phase of growth under Foster’s leadership.”

A graduate of Episcopal Collegiate School, Pollock earned an industrial engineering degree from the University of Arkansas.

Colliers is currently working on a number of development projects including The Middle, a mixed-use retail and office development at Cantrell and Rodney Parham; Village at Club View off of Col. Glenn Road; and Bear Den Estates, an upscale residential community in west Little Rock.
