A flex-industrial facility located at 6801 W. 12th St. sold Friday (Aug. 9) in a $3.7 million transaction.

The seller, BHWLR Parkwood, LLC, was represented by Nathan Monan of Colliers | Arkansas. The buyer, SEP Parkwood, LLC, was unrepresented in the transaction.

Colliers will provide building management services for the property.

The center, commonly referred to as Parkwood Center, is a mixed-use facility featuring retail and flex-industrial space.

The 66,607-square-foot complex consists of three buildings and is home to Grady’s Pizza, CARTI, Pinnacle Arborist Supplies, Arkansas Chiropractic Group and more.

“The buyer purchased their first asset in Little Rock in 2022 and was interested in acquiring other investments in the area,” Monan said.

“Parkwood Center was attractive to them due to its location in midtown with easy access to I-630. A diverse tenant mix with solid income in place made this an appealing investment property. Our firm was happy to have had the opportunity to represent the seller and we look forward to continuing our management and leasing services with the new buyer,” Monan added.
