Mangan Holcomb Partners, Team SI rebrand, add new partners
MHP/Team SI, one of the state’s largest and oldest full-service marketing agencies, announced Thursday (July 18) a refreshed brand identity and expanded agency leadership.
In conjunction with the agency’s 52nd birthday, the newly streamlined mhp.si named Julie C. Robbins, the agency’s vice president of client services, and Whitney Burgess Scales, vice president of marketing strategy, as its newest shareholders.
Robbins and Burgess Scales join the agency’s executive leadership team that includes David Rainwater, executive counsel; shareholder Kristen Vandaveer Nicholson, APR; and longtime partners Lannie Byrd, C.C. “Chip” Culpepper, Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl and Tim Whitley.

I couldn’t be more proud to reveal a refreshed brand and expanded leadership group at mhp.si,” said Vogelpohl, president and CEO of mhp.si. “Julie and Whitney have a combined 30 years at the agency and are the backbone of our client service and strategy teams that are focused on strategy, performance and results.”
Robbins joined mhp.si in 2003 as a public relations account executive. A former newspaper editor and nonprofit communicator, Robbins leads the agency’s client-facing team of account executives and project managers to keep the strategies, budgets, deliverables and timelines all on-target. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
Burgess Scales joined mhp.si in 2015 as a senior account executive leading one of the agency’s largest auto dealership accounts. She currently leads the agency’s strategy team and is responsible for strategy development, monitoring KPIs and marketing insights that can be leveraged to make business decisions and drive strategic direction for client success. She is a graduate of University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
