Southern Bancorp adds Joycelin Randle as senior manager
Southern Bancorp hired Joycelin Randle as its senior manager for investor relations & stakeholder engagement.

Joycelin’s extensive background and expertise in this field will be invaluable assets for our institution and the people and places we serve.”
Randle brings more than 20 years of experience in fundraising and relationship management to her role with Southern Bancorp.
She served as the director of individual giving for the Arkansas Children’s Foundation, through which she developed and managed the mid-level giving team and advanced relationships with major and planned giving donors. Prior to this, she was the senior development officer for Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
In her new role with Southern Bancorp, Randle will facilitate additional partnerships and investments to support the CDFI’s work and strategic growth plan, as well as engage and maximize the support of its existing network of partners and stakeholders.
