WinTech acquires Pocahontas Aluminum Company
Construction industry materials producer WinTech of Missouri has acquired Pocahontas Aluminum Company, a window and door manufacturer based in Pocahontas.
Pocahontas Aluminum Company, established in 1963, manufactures materials used in the modular home, food truck, deer blind, and other industries.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. WinTech President Jack Williams said he is looking forward to the merger of the two companies.

Pocahontas Aluminum Company has traditionally been one of the top jobs producers in Randolph County with an employee roster of about 170.
The acquisition will expand WinTech’s customer base and will allow the company to connect with customers across various industries.
The company will continue to operate under the Pocahontas Aluminum Company brand and will remain in Pocahontas, the company reported.
