Northwestern Mutual relocates Fayetteville office to Rogers

Northwestern Mutual has relocated its Fayetteville office to the Pinnacle Hills area in Rogers amid continued growth. The new address is 1800 S. 52nd St., Suite 200.

Joshua Montanez is the lead wealth management advisor of Montanez Financial, a financial planning group associated with Northwestern Mutual. The Montanez Financial team includes five staff.

The team and other Northwestern Mutual staff relocated from the former office in Fayetteville. The new 10,000-square-foot office in Rogers has about 35 employees. The move was completed in March.

Asked about the move, Montanez explained that the clients the company tends to serve either work or live in Benton County.

“We saw that a lot of the business community has been moving to this Pinnacle region, and we wanted to be closer and more easily accessible to more people in our community,” he said. He added that the new office includes room for growth as well as a side space in which the Montanez Financial team can grow. The company’s business philosophy includes a team approach.

“We all work closely together in the same office, with the idea that we can share ideas and help each other with planning,” he said. “When Northwestern Mutual grows or moves, we all do it together as a joint decision because we want to make sure we’re all staying together to help each other with our ability to grow.”

Evan Bell, director of wealth management services, recently joined the Montanez Financial team. He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial and investment industry and used to manage a trade floor for Charles Schwab in Dallas. Bell’s responsibilities include the management of client investment accounts, portfolio construction and advanced planning strategies.

Also, Chace Thompson, manager of client services and marketing at Montanez Financial, recently earned her insurance and investment licenses.
