Governor makes appointment to Board of Corrections; reappoints two to Racing Commission

Gov. Sarah Sanders announced the following appointments on Friday (Jan. 26):

Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
Hannah Ray, Little Rock, to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Term expires January 14, 2030. Replaces Pamela DePriest.

Arkansas Black History Commission
Caleb Williams, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Black History Commission. Term expires January 14, 2030. Replaces Elise Hampton.

Board of Corrections
Jamol Jones, Benton, to the Board of Corrections by designation as the Chair of the Post-Prison Transfer Board. To serve at the will of the Governor. Replaces John Felts.

Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers
Dr. Kelly Linton, Van Buren, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. Term expires on July 31, 2026. Replaces Zachary Ward.

Timothy Kajdan, Clarksville, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. Term expires on July 31, 2026. Previously vacant position.

Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission
Clay Maxey, Mountain Home, to the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission. Term expires on January 14, 2030. Replaces Mitchell Ward.
