An educator conference devoted to building the entrepreneurial mindset in K-12 students is planned for Nov. 10 in Fayetteville.

Ohio-based Young Entrepreneur Institute is organizing the Enspire Conference 2023. The gathering for educators, program directors and school administrators is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Fayetteville Public Library.

Highlights include:

  • Keynote speaker presentation by Jahkil Jackson, founder of Project I Am
  • Young entrepreneur presentation by Joseph Grant Rouse, founder of Fayetteville startup SLAPCHALKS
  • Breakouts featuring VentureLab and the Scott Family Amazeum
  • Up to $750 in free resources
  • Substitute teacher and bus reimbursement
  • Tours of the Center for Innovation

The Walton Family Foundation announced a $1.2 million grant to Young Entrepreneur Institute earlier this year. The funding established a two-year pilot of the initiative in Northwest Arkansas.

The conference is free to attend. Registration is available at this link.
