AIPRO elects officers and board members

Members of the Arkansas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners (AIPRO) recently elected the following officers at its annual meeting in Little Rock:

• President Jay Prudhomme with Merit Energy Company in Dallas, Texas;
• Secretary Nathan Caldwell with Weiser-Brown Operating in Magnolia; and
• Past President Andy Miller with Flywheel Energy in Little Rock.

The membership also elected the following individuals to serve two-year terms on the board of directors:

• Mike Callan with Stephens Production Company in Fort Smith;
• Jeremy Fitzpatrick with Flywheel Energy in Oklahoma City, Okla.;
• Chris Rogers with Mission Creek Resources in Magnolia;
• Howard Vernon with Hanna Oil and Gas in Fort Smith; and
• Eric Welsch with Merit Energy Company in Dallas, Texas.

AIPRO says it is the only nonprofit organization serving all segments of the state’s oil and natural gas industry.
