Signature Bank division purchases Battisto Investment Group in Harrison

Chad Bundy, Cheri Wynn and David Battisto recently joined Signature Private Wealth Group.

The wealth management division of Fayetteville-based Signature Bank of Arkansas recently acquired Battisto Investment Group in Harrison. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

A Friday (Sept. 15) news release shows Signature Private Wealth Group purchased Battisto Investment Group. It was founded in 1987 and had about $160 million in client assets as of Sept. 8. Battisto Investment Group has been renamed to Signature Private Wealth Group. Both companies offer services through Raymond James.

David Battisto, the branch manager and founder of Battisto Investment Group, will join Signature Private Wealth Group. Also joining are client service associate Cheri Wynn, with 22 years of experience, and financial adviser Chad Bundy, with 13 years of experience.

Signature Private Wealth Group has 11 employees and offices in Fayetteville, Bentonville and Harrison. It has about $770 million in client assets. This includes the assets from the recently acquired company.
