Marque Collection Suites is under construction in Rogers near the intersection of Hampton Place and Bellview Road, east of Pinnacle Hills Promenade.

Developers are beginning to move dirt in Rogers for Marque Collection Suites, the region’s first luxury automotive-focused condominium development.

Businessman and entrepreneur Nick Dozier of Rogers is developing the approximately $35 million project. Centennial Bank is providing financing.

“This is a huge project for Northwest Arkansas and me personally,” he said.

Dozier said developments like Marque Collection Suites have popped up nationwide in the past several years. They are more than just garages. Think of the concept as “condo-esque” tricked-out vehicular storage. And not just for a Bentley, Ferrari or Porsche.

“Boats, RVs, motorcycles…anything and everything with a motor, or anything that you collect from whiskey and wine to big game trophy hunting,” Dozier said.

Owners can build out their units how they want, from mezzanines, offices, bathrooms, bars to marble floors.

The site is near the intersection of Hampton Place and Bellview Road, east of Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Dozier said Marque Collection Suites will feature 52 units in the first phase ranging from 1,250 square feet to 3,750 square feet. Phase II will include 20 units.

“Those will be more townhome-style for residential use,” Dozier said.

Some of the gated project’s amenities for owners include a private clubhouse, fitness room, racing simulators, members’ lockers/bar, conference room and private offices.

The first phase should be complete by the summer of 2024. Commerce Construction in Fayetteville is the builder. KSA Architects in Fayetteville is the architect.

Dozier said about half the units are already pre-sold at a list price starting at $325,000. The price increases to $340,000 in September.

Dozier paid $3.65 million for the 15.5-acre site in late 2021. Marque Collection Suites is part of a more significant development Dozier is planning called Technical Park. It will include retail and entrepreneurial flex office space. The land is zoned urban commercial (UCOM).
