Designsteins, a retail advertising services company based in Rogers, is transitioning to an expanded office space inside the Pinnacle Heights building at 5078 W. Northgate Road.

CEO and founding partner Matt Woolley said the company’s footprint has doubled to 5,000 square feet. He said that workers in the former 2,500-square-foot hybrid space were split between office and production for the past seven years.

The larger office space means the company has 2,500 square feet of office and meeting space, and the remaining space is dedicated to production activities.

Woolley said the expansion project began in mid-2022 and was completed in April.

“The expansion was driven by the company’s remarkable growth, the need for additional workspace and the desire to accommodate larger client teams,” he said. “The production department experienced significant growth, necessitating the acquisition of more extensive and superior equipment to meet increasing demand.

Woolley said Designsteins has transformed into a comprehensive retail one-stop-shop, providing services from “concept to shopping cart” under one roof.

“Branding, packaging, display design and fabrication, 3D, video, VFX and photography — we do it all under our own roof,” he said.

Woolley did not disclose company revenue figures, but growth has doubled year-over-year since 2020. Designsteins has a dozen workers.

Designsteins was established in mid-2009 and officially launched in early 2010. The company has undergone three phases, starting with supporting local small businesses, then transitioning to a retainer agency working on notable projects for retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Cabela’s and Target, and finally expanding services and production capabilities in 2016.

Woolley said Designsteins has gained valuable experience working with renowned brands and retailers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Latin America.
