Colliers Arkansas hires Daniel Vogel as director of multifamily services
Daniel Vogel has assumed the role of director of multifamily services at the Colliers Arkansas office in Little Rock as of Monday (June 12). In his new capacity, Vogel will be responsible for overseeing multifamily property sales and purchases, as well as engaging in periodic consulting with the Colliers development team on housing projects.
Isaac Smith, the president of Colliers Arkansas, expressed his excitement regarding Vogel’s addition to the brokerage team
“Our firm is delighted to welcome Daniel and leverage his extensive knowledge and experience,” Smith said. “Recently, our leadership team made a deliberate decision to concentrate all multifamily-related opportunities within this position, and Daniel possesses the precise skill set we sought.
“In our Little Rock office, he will exclusively handle all transactions involving the sale of apartment complexes or the acquisition of multifamily buildings or land for development.”
Vogel brings a robust background in commercial real estate sales and project management, having most recently served as the managing director at Huffman and Co. in Little Rock. He started his career there as a development analyst and ascended to the position of managing director.
In 2017, Vogel obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance and minoring in economics, from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business.
