California glass distributor leases 50,000 SF near Port of Little Rock

Mygrant Glass, an auto glass distributor based in California, has signed a lease to occupy a 50,000-square-foot industrial building at 5800 Lindsey Road in Little Rock.
Commercial real estate firm Colliers Arkansas disclosed the transaction details Thursday (June 29).
Greg Joslin of Colliers Arkansas represented the building owner, GWG LLC. Ryan Gibson of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners represented the tenant.
The property includes 3,600 square feet of office space on 3.74 acres. It is located near the Port of Little Rock, close to Interstate 440, and provides quick access to Interstates 40 and 440, rail and the Little Rock National Airport.
Nearby businesses include Amazon, Skippy Peanut Butter, Lexicon Steel, Welspun and FedEx.
According to Colliers Arkansas, the building owners are investing in significant upgrades to the property.
Mygrant Glass is expected to occupy the facility starting on July 1 and will employ between 15 and 20 workers at the site.
