Capstone Commercial Advisors in Rogers ends six-year affiliation with NAI Global

Capstone Commercial Advisors in Rogers is no longer affiliated with global commercial real estate brokerage firm NAI Global. Capstone had been a member of NAI since 2015.

Randy Crossno, Capstone’s principal broker, founded the company in 2009. He affiliated his firm with NAI to complement the needs of national clients and at the time, NAI was one of only a few brands not represented in Arkansas.

He said the decision to return to the firm’s original name is still client-focused.

“As an independent firm, we can be more flexible in our strategies to customize clients’ needs nationally,” he said. “Our client base really didn’t change after joining NAI and we will still work with many of the great NAI affiliated offices nationally.”

Moses Tucker Partners completed a similar separation recently. The commercial real estate firm previously known as Newmark Moses Tucker Partners detached from Newmark Group Inc. as of Dec. 1. That affiliation was established in 2018.

Moses Tucker Partners has offices in Little Rock and Bentonville.
