AARP Arkansas hosts four-part financial workshops
AARP Arkansas is hosting a four-week interactive workshop on financial health for participants to learn more about setting financial goals. Topics will include Social Security, budget planning, managing credit and debt, and protecting finances from scams and fraud.
The interactive workshops will be from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Thursdays. The schedule will be as follows:
- July 8 – Financial Basics
- July 15 – Getting on Track
- July 22 – Bridging the Gap
- July 29 – Avoiding Fraud and Scams
For any individuals unable to participate in the interactive lunch and learns, they will be available for later viewing.
Presenters from AARP will lead the online sessions. The events are free of charge. A separate registration is required for each session.
