Three multimillion-dollar deals top property sales
G & S Company LLC. made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County, from Nov. 15 through Dec. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s office. The company spent $9.462 million to buy 9.7 acres of residential property in the Jonesboro School District. The deal was completed Nov. 19.
JRL Lambro Properties LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase. It bought a Walgreens on Highland Drive for $5.538 million. The deal was completed Nov. 17.
In the third largest deal in the region, Halltown Farms LLC bought 1 acre of commercial property in The Reserve at Hill Park subdivision. The deal was for $2 million and it was completed Nov. 18.
