Village at BC LLC closed a $3.25 million purchase on Dec. 1 on a 60-acre land tract near the intersection of Col. Glenn Road and Interstate 430 in west Little Rock. The site is slated to become a Class “A” commercial park with mixed-use and flex/industrial space development.

Colliers International Arkansas in Little Rock announced the development plan Monday (Dec. 14). Company executives Lee Strother, Kevin Huchingson and Bradford Gaines represented the buyer in the deal and will lead development management efforts.

Colonel Glenn Bowman Road Development LLC was the seller.

“Village at Brodie Creek will offer unique future development opportunities for the city of Little Rock,” Strother said in a statement. “Our Colliers team is committed to bringing new and exciting uses to this area in addition to highly-functional commercial space.”

Strategically located just north of the heavily-trafficked Col. Glenn Rd. automotive dealership corridor, the site offers convenience to I-430 and Bowman Road. Commercial and industrial lots will be available for sale or build-to-suit soon with site work likely commencing in February 2021. Pad sites are expected to be ready for delivery by June 2021.
