Little Rock PR firm makes return to Northwest Arkansas

Mangan Holcomb Partners/Team SI, a fully integrated marketing, advertising and public relations firm based in Little Rock, has opened a second office in Rogers.

The agency leases 1,250 square feet at 1800 S. Osage Springs Drive, near the intersection of South Promenade Boulevard and New Hope Road. Core Brewing & Distilling Co. previously leased that space. Core Development LLC, a subsidiary of Core Architects of Rogers, owns the building. Core Brewing is not affiliated with the design firm.

“Though we have remodeled this area to fit our agency culture and co-working-style needs, we decided to pay homage to Core Brewery by leaving certain aspects of the old Core Brewery building design intact,” Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl, the principal and president of the agency, said in a statement.

The agency previously had an office in downtown Fayetteville from 1996 until the early 2000s. Steve Holcomb hired Vogelpohl to launch that office nearly 25 years ago, and she said she is proud to rehang the agency’s shingle in the region.

The company has 133 employees. Three will staff the Rogers office initially. Vogelpohl said talent recruitment from the region is a primary objective.

She said identifying and serving new clients also is a key objective. The agency’s numerous existing clients and projects have a regional and statewide presence in healthcare, government/advocacy, banking and finance, hospitality and restaurant, education and other sectors.
