Bill Pendergist joins brokerage team at Colliers International Arkansas

A longtime commercial real estate broker in central Arkansas has switched companies.

Colliers International Arkansas, which has offices in Little Rock and Rogers, announced Wednesday (Sept. 16) that Bill Pendergist is the firm’s new vice president of brokerage. Pendergist started the job Sept. 8, according to a news release, and is based in the Little Rock office.

Pendergist spent the past 15 years working for Flake & Kelley Commercial, where he was an agent partner. The firm rebranded earlier this year to Kelley Commercial Partners after the departure of company principal John Flake.

Pendergist specializes in commercial brokerage sales and lease transactions for both owners and tenants, according to the release. He represents clients across all commercial industries including office, retail, industrial, land and multifamily.  During his 15-year career, he Pendergist has represented clients including Entergy, AT&T Wireless, the Arkansas Supreme Court, New York Life, Jason’s Deli, US Bank, Crain Automotive, Dollar General and Place Properties.

Pendergist has degrees from Lyon College in Batesville and the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. He is a board member at Pinnacle Classical Academy in Little Rock.
