Kansas firm acquires Jonesboro CPA office

Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chtd. has acquired the Jonesboro, Arkansas, office of EGP, PLLC, expanding its geographic reach and deepening its construction industry specialty.
“I’m excited to be part of the Adams Brown team,” said Mark P. Barnett, Jr., CPA, CVA, CGMA, CCIFP, MBA. “This was a great opportunity to bring significant additional resources and industry specialties to Jonesboro-area businesses. We are now able to better serve them with many more of the complex issues they encounter in the construction industry.”
In addition to Barnett, the Jonesboro location is also led by Ron George, CPA. While they serve clients in numerous industries, they have built a significant construction and real estate practice across Arkansas.

All six individuals in the former EGP Jonesboro office have joined Adams Brown, with Barnett taking on the role of partner and construction industry team leader. The office will remain at its current 2508 Alexander Drive, Suite B location.
