First Community Bank hires Randy Jones for commercial lending role

Batesville based First Community Bank has hired Randy Jones as vice president of commercial lending for the Saddle Creek location (8201 Ranch Blvd.) in Little Rock. Jones comes to First Community Bank with nearly 20 years of banking experience in consumer and commercial lending. He most recently worked for Gateway Bank in Bryant.

“I’m excited to start serving clients with all of the resources that First Community Bank provides,” said Jones. “I look forward to cultivating new relationships within the community and enriching my existing relationships in the Little Rock area.”

Jones is from west Little Rock and graduated from J.A. Fair High School in 1990. He graduated from UALR in 1995 and later married his wife, Jenifer, who is a CPA. Together they have two sons, Nicholas and Grant.

“Randy is an excellent addition to the First Community Bank team, and his experience and connections to the Pulaski County business community will help us better serve greater Little Rock,” said Rene Julian, community president in Little Rock.
