Fourth cohort for 10x Accelerator launches

Startup accelerator, The Conductor, announced its fourth cohort for its 10x Growth Accelerator program on Wednesday (May 27). The Conway-based public-private partnership is teaming up with tech firm Metova and the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for this year’s entrepreneurship program.

The 10x Growth Accelerator program consists of a peer-driven entrepreneurship education curriculum, leadership coaching and support services, access to capital, and connection to an expanded support network. The program launched virtually on May 19th with participants dialing in from all over the state to participate in the accelerator that works to scale Arkansas-based ventures. The cohort includes 14 Arkansas-based ventures:

360 Therapeutics is a skincare product manufacturing company based in Central Arkansas that ships skin care products directly to professionals for use in clinics across the United States.

Amazing Grace Restoration provides services across the southeast United States enabling individuals and companies to recover from disaster, including biohazard and mold remediation, as well as storm, water, fire, and smoke damage.

Boost Midwest is a consulting agency that aligns operations with strategic goals through technology adoption, process improvement and project management.

Crystal Ridge Distillery is a craft distillery, restaurant, bar and private event center, pivoting during the COVID-19 crisis to provide and distribute hand sanitizer regionally.

Golf IQ is a statistical software application company that provides performance analytics to collegiate golf programs.

HaynesAce.com is an ecommerce platform & business to business hardware distribution center with multiple locations.

Infusion Marketing Group, LLC is an agency that provides digital marketing solutions to community banks and credit unions nationwide.

iProv is a digital marketing company focused on companies that provide service and goods to the healthcare industry.

MakerMade designs, develops, and manufactures unique, affordable products and software to help individuals make incredible things.

Power Technology applies laser technology to solve customers problems. They sell precision light that enables analytical, scientific, medical and defense applications to succeed.

Roadway Management Technologies provides an application to local government agencies with an integrated solution for roadway management and preservation.

RX Results, LLC is an industry leader for evidence-based pharmacy risk management.

Sentinel Manufacturing is a manufacturer of products and services that help inventors make their visions and dreams a reality. In addition, they are an original equipment manufacturer of urethane-based products for the oil and gas industry.

Think Idea Studio specializes in branding, marketing and advertising, while embracing the creative innovation of new products and services.

Due to the virtual nature of the accelerator, the Conductor also accepted five Associate Program members that will participate in an adjusted program. The Associate program was developed for Arkansas-based businesses that do not fit the standard requirements of the 10X Growth Accelerator, but are positioned to scale with direct virtual resources and consultation through the program.

FemPAQ is a feminine emergency kit for menstruating people who have unexpected or irregular periods while in public or on-the-go.

Hook-n-Launch develops products to implement fuel efficiency and environmental sustainability solutions through the supply chain.

My Lovely Day is a curated digital shopping experience for the modern bride.

“The Associate Program came out of a desire to innovate & provide as many resources as possible to businesses during the COVID-19 crisis.” said Conductor Managing Director, Jeff Standridge. “Our team worked to take all of our assets to a digital platform and with the current business climate, we wanted to ensure these assets were available to other businesses well positioned to scale”

The 10X Growth Accelerator program will run for 14 weeks, culminating in a graduation and launch ceremony for participants on August 18th, 2020. The 10X Associate program will run through the end of the year, with monthly virtual one-on-one consultations with participants.
