$5.9 million commercial land deal tops monthly real estate sales

SCF RC Funding IV LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between Dec. 15 through Jan. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. SCF spent $5.961 million to buy a commercial real estate at 1821 Caraway Road. The deal was completed Dec. 20.

Treeline Properties LLC, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought the Kum and Go store on U.S. 63 for $2.75 million. The deal was completed Dec. 27.

In the third and fourth largest real estate deals in the region, Wayne Grimes bought 260 cropland acres in rural Craighead County in separate transactions. Each deal was $1.170 million and both were completed Jan. 15.
