$2.5 million Zaxby’s restaurant sale tops monthly real estate deals

SCF RC Funding IV LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between Sept. 15 through Oct.15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. FPC spent $2.547 million to buy the Zaxby’s restaurant on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was completed Sept. 27.

Valley View Group LLC, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought 160 acres in rural Craighead County for $1.05 million. The deal was completed Oct. 9.

In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Katarzyna and Mathieu Forgues bought a house on County Road 759. The deal was worth $805,000 and was completed Oct. 11.
