Memphis-based Crye-Leike Real Estate Services has expanded in Benton County with a new office in Rogers. The company opened the office June 1 in a new 12,600-square-foot building at 2301 W. Pleasant Grove Road. Crye-Leike owns the building.

Travis Roe is the managing broker for the new office. Roe has been executive broker for Crye-Leike’s branch office at 3003 W. Walnut St. in Rogers for the past seven years and has been selling real estate in Northwest Arkansas since 2005.

“This office is in the heart of the growth in southwest Rogers,” Roe said. “It is so exciting to see all of these new businesses and homes being built around us. I think our agents are going to love the convenience of this location.”

Roe and his wife, Brandi Roe, are a real estate team and will be the first two agents to join the Pleasant Grove office. By the end of the first year, Roe said he hopes the office will have about 20 agents.

Crye-Leike now has 24 offices in Arkansas, including nine in Benton and Washington counties. The company also has a Rogers office at 14566 Highway 12 East near Beaver Lake.
