Jonesboro LLC nabs 158 residential acres for $2.479 million

No Rest LLC of Jonesboro made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between March 15 and April 19, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

No Rest spent $2.479 million to buy 158 acres of residential property. The deal was completed April 10.

Restaurant Holdings of Grand Rapids, Mich., made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. Restaurant Holdings bought a 3,000-square-foot fast food restaurant located at 3102 Southwest Drive. The deal was completed March 21.

In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Gamble Brothers LLC sold acreage, a warehouse building, office and retail space to Gamble Land Company LLC for $1.2 million. The deal was finalized April 4.
