Cellular Sales adds jobs in Rogers with new store near Promenade
Tennessee-based wireless retailer Cellular Sales has opened its 10th Arkansas store with a location inside a new multi-tenant retail building at 2204 S. Promenade Blvd. in Rogers, near Pinnacle Hills Promenade.
The store opened March 29 and has seven employees. A company spokesperson said there are plans to hire at least four more employees over the next year.
The 12,250-square-foot building is owned by Chicago-based REIT Brookfield Properties Retail Group. Cellular Sales signed an initial lease through September 2025 for its 3,300-square-foot space. Other tenants include gourmet cafe chain Pickleman’s that is scheduled to open in May, Pinnacle Nail Spa and mattress retailer Sleep Number.
“Our expansion in Arkansas is something we are incredibly excited about,” Cellular Sales Regional Director Angel Gorrin said in a statement. “We built this store from the ground up and couldn’t be more proud to start serving more customers.”
Legacy Construction Management of Fayetteville built the building. BatesForum in Rogers was the architect.
Cellular Sales operates more than 730 stores in 41 states. The company was founded in 1993 and says it is the largest independent Verizon Wireless retailer in the U.S. by volume.
Verizon Wireless’ website shows three other Verizon-authorized retail outlets in Benton County: one each in Bentonville and Centerton, and a second location in Rogers.
