Consulting firm Halff+Marlar of Little Rock and North Little Rock has signed a leasing agreement to occupy 7,678 square feet of office space at Kirkpatrick Plaza at 10800 Financial Centre Parkway in Little Rock. Justin Bentley and Mark Bentley of Colliers International | Arkansas represented the property owner in the transaction.

Halff+Marlar is expected to move from its existing office at 10411 W. Markham St. to Kirkpatrick Plaza in May. The firm has one other office in central Arkansas at 5318 John F. Kennedy Blvd. in North Little Rock which will remain open.

“We are so pleased that Halff+Marlar decided to make Kirkpatrick Plaza their Little Rock home,” Justin Bentley said. “With Kirkpatrick’s convenient west Little Rock location and easy access, and great amenities they should enjoy their new office space. And we look forward to cultivating a long-standing relationship with them as a tenant.”
