Gateway Office Park in southwest Little Rock sells for $2.2 million

Gateway Office Park, a 43,000-square-foot office/retail park at 11701 Interstate 30 in southwest Little Rock, was purchased for $2.2 million on Feb. 22 by Gateway Office LLC.

Alley Development Co – Otter Creek Office Park, led by Haitham and Essa Alley, was the seller.

Kevin Huchingson and Isaac Smith of Colliers International | Arkansas represented the buyer. Smith also represented the seller.

Gateway Office Park is near Gateway Town Center, the Outlets of Little Rock and Bass Pro Shops and a host of other retail and restaurants. The office park is 94% occupied with tenants that include Arkansas Medical Staffing LLC, Top of the Line Medical Staffing, RCX, Countertops of Little Rock, Empirical Energy Solutions and Arby’s office space.
