Friday, Eldredge & Clark announces new managing partner, management committee changes

Little Rock-based law firm Friday, Eldredge & Clark announced Monday (Feb. 4) that Price C. Gardner has been elected as the firm’s managing partner.

Gardner, according to a company news release, will succeed J. Shepherd Russell III, who served as the firm’s managing partner since 2012 but is returning to full-time practice in the firm’s public finance practice group.

Gardner joined the firm in 1989. He has served on the firm’s management committee since 2005 and as vice chairman since 2012. He will continue his practice in the areas of corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and real estate transactions in addition to his new role as managing partner.

In addition, William M. (“Will”) Griffin was elected vice chairman and Alexandra A. Ifrah, Ryan A. Bowman, Jamie H. Jones, Joseph P. McKay, Marshall S. Ney and Robert T. Smith were elected as new members of the firm’s management committee.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark also has Northwest Arkansas offices in Fayetteville and Rogers.
