Two Little Rock marketing firms — EXIT Marketing and Thoma Thoma — will merge effective immediately.

The merged firm, to be called Thoma Thoma with EXIT Digital as its social media/digital marketing arm, will be led by the three principals of the merging firms: Shawn Solloway of EXIT and Martin and Melissa Thoma of Thoma Thoma.

“The merger creates tremendous synergy for both firms and our clients,” said Martin Thoma. “Thoma beefs up its creative and digital capabilities. EXIT gets significant planning, media, administrative and strategic horsepower. We expect our current clients and future clients to respond enthusiastically to the combined team.”

“Our firms are highly complementary, and that’s the basis of this merger,” said Solloway. “The principals have all known and respected each other for years. We’re both focused on building brand clarity and brand equity for our clients. Now, we harness the social branding firm I’ve built to the brand leadership team Melissa and Martin have created — so we’ll deliver greater value from strategy to execution and reporting.”

Thoma Thoma has been in business for 30 years and have done work for Southern Bancorp, ARORA, Hendrix College and FNBC. Other successful client engagements include work for Pizza Hut, Comcast, Jack Henry and Associates, Potlatch, ABF Freight and Heifer International.

EXIT Marketing was founded by Shawn Solloway in 2004 as a full-service agency with a creative-driven approach. In the past decade and a half, EXIT has worked with clients including Fairway Lawns, P.I. Roofing, Cecil’s Fine Jewelry, National Park Medical Center, Applied Technology Group and Central Arkansas Water.

The firm will be housed at 1500 Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock.
