Little Rock firm acquires Richter Solar Energy of Fayetteville
Entegrity Energy Partners, an energy services company based in Little Rock, has acquired Faytteville-based firm Richter Solar Energy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Matt Bell, a partner at Entegrity, said the deal will push the company to 85 employees. Besides its headquarters, the company has an additional seven offices spread throughout Alabama, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi and Tennessee. The company has staffed an office in Fayetteville for the past seven years.
Bell said Richter Solar Energy had five employees. Flint Richter was the owner of the company, which specialized in the design and installation of solar electric systems.
“We purchased the company for their portfolio of work they had done and crews that are skilled and trained [solar] installers,” Bell said. “Flint has almost 20 years of expertise, and he will be leading our sales efforts and working with our team to develop an offering to the commercial real estate market throughout the regions we work in.”
Entegrity specializes in the implementation of energy conservation and renewable energy projects. The company is a partnership between Nabholz Construction Corp. and Eco-Integration (dba Entegrity Consulting), whose owners are Bell and Chris Ladner.
