Stone Bank opens fourth Arkansas branch
Stone Bank has opened its fourth bank branch in Arkansas with the renovation of the 18,000-square-foot second floor of the Three Financial Centre building at 900 S. Shackleford Road in Little Rock.
The $1 million renovation will provide space for up to 35 employees.
The second floor is the ground level entrance on the Shackleford Road side of the seven-story building. The bank has occupied part of the floor since 2016 as a loan production office and executive management offices.
As lead tenant in the building, Three Financial Centre will feature the bank’s logo on the east and west sides of the building. The bank lobby features a coffee bar, device charging station closed circuit television and customer conference areas.
The bank will have an ITM, “Interactive Teller Machine” in the building’s north parking area, easily accessible to building tenants and traffic from Shackleford Road. An ITM allows customers to complete practically any banking transaction remotely – with or without the assistance of a live teller.
An event center will accommodate up to 30 in classroom style. The room will be used for bank training, “lunch & learn” seminars for customers and will be made available to civic groups and community events. It features an adjacent catering kitchen. Other items in the branch include an Small Business Administration lending center, and commercial lending offices.
The architect for the project is Greg Steinbeck and CDI was the general contractor. The building is managed by Flake & Kelley Commercial Real Estate.
Stone Bank was founded when a group of Mountain View businessmen purchased the charter of the Bank of Altheimer in 2007. In addition to the charter headquarters in Mountain View, the bank opened a banking center in White Hall in 2017 and will open in a Harrison banking center in May.
