Coulson Oil will build a new corporate headquarters in the NorthShore Business Park off I-430 at Crystal Hill Road in North Little Rock. The cost of the new headquarters was not disclosed.

Its current administrative and executive offices have been located at 1434 Pike Avenue in North Little Rock for nearly 50 years.

“We looked at multiple facilities and sites to accommodate our company’s rapid growth—from existing buildings to new construction,” said John Harris, president and CEO of Coulson Oil. “NorthShore Business Park was the clear winner for its accessibility, corporate environment, recreational amenities and land.”

Coulson Oil acquired the three-acre property from the Pfeifer Family Limited Partnership #1 on April 12. CBC Hathaway Group handled the transaction.

Fennell Purifoy Architects will design the nearly 15,000-square foot building with Baldwin & Shell serving as general contractor.

Once complete in late winter 2019, Coulson Oil will join other notable businesses in the park, including ADEQ, Arkansas Surgical Hospital, CTEH, Garver Engineers and Windstream.

“Coulson Oil has been a leading Central Arkansas company for decades,” said Gene Pfeifer, developer of the Northshore Business Park, “We’re excited to welcome them to the NorthShore Business Park.”

Coulson Oil is a multi-branded distributor of gasoline and diesel fuel.
